LA Sparks Partners With KORE Software To Boost Fan Engagement And Enhance CRM Platform
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Three-time WNBA champions LA Sparks today announced they'll be partnering with KORE Software's Ticketing and Fan Engagement™ platform to manage season ticket sales, fan data and analytics.
In the midst of switching ticketing systems, the LA Sparks, one of the WNBA's powerhouse teams with 17 playoff appearances in their 21 completed seasons, needed a way to ensure a seamless transition of data when they begin operating on their new ticketing platform. KORE Software is uniquely capable of merging the fan data from both their old and new systems into a single view.
