Full Disclosure Network(R) Video News Report
WASHINGTON, April 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The growing confusion within Los Angeles County Superior Court on how to handle the solitary "Coercive Confinement" of a former anti-trust prosecutor Richard I Fine is featured in an online special video news report (http://tinyurl.com/Yaffe). Following the March 24, 2010 filing of a "Demand for a Farr Hearing" (IN RE FARR 1974) by Richard I. Fine acting as his own attorney, Judge David Yaffe sought legal counsel from Frederick J. Bennett, the private attorney representing the Superior Court. The video news report features Janette Isaacs, the volunteer legal support team member that actually filed the Demand who reveals the recent developments in the case.
FRIDAY US SUPREME COURT CONFERENCE & COURT PROTESTS
In response to Richard Fine's application for a "stay of execution" Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has scheduled a conference hearing Friday, April 23, 2010 for Fine vs L.A. County Sheriff. Richard Fine supporters will picket the L.A. Superior Court and U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday, April 20th. RICHARD FINE REACTS TO JUDGE'S LEGAL CONSULT
The video news report provides an inside glimpse as to what is going on in the closed chambers of the L.A. Superior Court. Richard Fine by telephone from his jail cell provides an explanation of the motivation and legal questions raised when Judge Yaffe consulted with the Court's legal counsel Frederick J. Bennett who was a former Deputy L.A. County Counsel at the time the County started giving illegal payments to the State Judges in 1987 or 1988. Judge Yaffe, and all State judges, received illegal payments from the County and have not disclosed this fact to litigants such as in the case (BS109420) Marina Strand Colony Homeowners Assn. vs County of Los Angeles). Following Richard Fine's attempt to disqualify the Judge, Yaffe held him in civil contempt of court indefinitely, without bail, a release date or a charge. He has been in Central Men's Jail over one year since March 4, 2010.
