LA Crawfish Announces its Expansion to California
ANAHEIM, Calif., April 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LA Crawfish, a leading Vietnamese-Cajun franchise based in Houston, Texas announces the signing of a franchise agreement in Anaheim, California, making it the second of many locations to come in the Golden State. Currently, LA Crawfish has 6 locations with 4 additional locations in development.

Hoangoanh Nguyen, a former native Houstonian, plans to develop LA Crawfish's Anaheim location, which is expected to open in the summer of 2015. "When we looked into the various franchise opportunities that were available, we were attracted to LA Crawfish's franchise support system and we believe this unique concept could dazzle Californians," said Nguyen. "My husband and I first learned about LA Crawfish when we lived in Houston, and we were amazed by the food and the exceptional service provided by the staff. In addition to its famous crawfish, other menu items include Cajun Pho, crab, oysters, shrimp, and chicken wings. Three mouth-watering sauces are available: garlic butter, spicy Cajun, and chili lime.
