LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- According to Alcohol Justice, the Social Justice Committee of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Lincoln Heights has agreed to host a Candidates Forum at the at the request of several candidates for Los Angeles Council District #1. For years the working class community of Lincoln Heights has been the center of several issues that have begun to be felt in other parts of the City.
