L Catterton Named 2017 Global Consumer Private Equity Firm of the Year by Private Equity International

GREENWICH, Conn., March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- L Catterton, the largest and most global consumer-focused private equity firm in the world, has been named Global Consumer Private Equity Firm of the Year by Private Equity International ("PEI") for 2017, the inaugural year for this award. PEI has previously recognized L Catterton with a 2014 Operational Excellence Award in connection with L Catterton's investment in Restoration Hardware, and as Mid-Market Firm of the Year for the Americas in 2013 and 2014.

In 2017, L Catterton invested $2.3 billion in 26 consumer businesses across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
