Kyle Bettigole Joins Decision Resources Group as General Counsel

BURLINGTON, Mass., June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Decision Resources Group (DRG), one of the world's leading firms focusing on healthcare insights, data and analytics, and services, announced today that Kyle Bettigole has joined the Company as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where he will lead strategic corporate and legal initiatives and oversee the company's global legal functions.

Mr. Bettigole was most recently Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for The Princeton Review, Inc. (now Education Holdings 1, Inc.), a $200 million formerly publicly-traded 5,000-person online and in-person education company. In this position he shepherded the company through multiple business transformations and capital restructuring initiatives.

Background on Kyle Bettigole
Before his role at The Princeton Review | Education Holdings 1, Mr. Bettigole was Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Sapient Corporation, a global integrated marketing and technology services company. He has served as Director of Legal Affairs and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions Integration for ZEFER Corp., a technology-consulting firm. He began his career as an associate at Ropes & Gray.

He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School.
