Martin, who most recently served as Director of Accounting, North America, at Billabong, has a stellar reputation in the financial community and expertise that includes both public and private companies.

As Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Martin worked for Haskell & White for almost ten years, where he specialized in audits and financial reporting. He is also experienced with reverse mergers, IPOs and acquisitions.

Martin has expertise in all types of financial reporting and general ledger accounting, as well budgeting, forecasting, and cost-cutting strategies.

As a team leader and department manager, Martin is known for his good nature and goal-oriented leadership qualities.

A Southern California native, Martin attended UCLA where he obtained a degree in Business with a specialization in accounting.
