Kurtzman Carson Consultants Appoints New Leadership Team

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Sept. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC (KCC), a Computershare company and premier provider of administrative-support services for the legal and financial industries, announced today that Bryan Butvick joins the company as President and James Le transitions to a new role as Executive Vice President of KCC Class Action Services.

As KCC's President, Bryan drives strategic planning and growth initiatives for the company's service offerings. Bryan led the acquisition of KCC by Computershare in 2009. He serves as an active member of KCC's executive team and guides corporate development activities, operational integration and service enhancements.

Over the last six years, James Le has held several leadership positions at KCC. Most recently, James served as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring a high standard of excellence in client service, technology development and financial performance. As Executive Vice President of KCC's growing class action business, James leads an experienced management team, develops and executes short- and long-term strategies as well as designs innovative settlement administration and noticing solutions.

Previously, he served as a corporate finance and restructuring consultant at FTI Consulting.
