Kurtzman Carson Consultants Acquires Class Action Settlement Administrator

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC (KCC), a Computershare company, today announced that it has acquired the business of Rosenthal & Company. Rosenthal & Company, located in Novato, Calif., specializes in administering class action settlements related to employment, insurance, finance, securities, antitrust and consumer litigation.
