Kurt Kaline Joins Southwest Securities' Taxable Fixed Income Division in New York City
DALLAS, Oct. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Southwest Securities, Inc. announced today that Kurt Kaline has joined the company's taxable fixed income division in New York City as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) Trader.
Mr. Kaline brings more than 16 years of experience in CMBS trading to his new role with Southwest Securities, Inc., most recently with Brean Capital, LLC.
"Kurt has a wealth of CMBS and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience as an originator, buy-side portfolio manager and sell-side trader," said Daniel Leland, Executive Vice President and Head of Taxable Fixed Income for Southwest Securities. During his career, Mr. Kaline has held CMBS trading positions with Sterne Agee & Leach, Winthrop Realty Partners, ABN AMRO and Nomura Securities International. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University.
