Kurt Heinrichson Joins WTAS State and Local Tax Practice in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Kurt Heinrichson, a former Tax Partner at Deloitte Tax LLC, recently joined the Los Angeles office of WTAS as a Managing Director in the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice.

Heinrichson has over 30 years of career experience in taxation services and served as a Partner for the last 20 years. He took on a number of tax leadership roles while at Deloitte where he advised large, complex clients on a broad variety of business and tax matters such as: state strategic tax reviews including legal entity restructuring and state refund reviews; multistate tax consultation and audit representation; post-merger integration/legal entity rationalization projects for companies in various stages of acquisitions, dispositions, and carve-outs; federal tax/Subchapter C; and accounting for income taxes.
