Kung Fu Enhances Beijing's Entertainment Scene
BEIJING, April 1 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Beijing's tourist activities now stretch far beyond the infamous historical attractions such as Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The expanding city has so much to offer in the way of dining, parks, shopping, art and most importantly a selection of evening entertainment. The Beijing Kung Fu Show is a modern interpretation of the martial art style and hosts a performance every evening. The China Guide (http://www.TheChinaGuide.com ) offers discount show tickets and special group rates.
"The Legend of Kung Fu show is great for all travelers and perfect for children as the show is really family friendly. It's a combination of modern dance with traditional Kung Fu art that creates a spectacular and unique show. The special effects have been designed and created by some of China's best stage directors," says Judy Huang, Travel Manager of The China Guide.
The show has English subtitles shown above the stage to provide an overview of the storyline. The actors do not speak during the performance as the show consists entirely of Kung Fu, dance and acrobatics. Kung Fu artists from all over China perform in the show with the average age being just 17 years old.
The China Guide offers discounted tickets well below the box office price with greater discounts for large groups. The China Guide staff pre-books the desired section and organizes a guide to meet guests at the theatre for ticket delivery prior to the show's start. The Legend of Kung Fu has a nightly performance at 7:30pm.
