SAN FRANCISCO and NEW YORK, Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On the heels of a strong 2014 performance with record sales momentum and rapid international expansion, Krux (www.krux.com) announced that Chris O'Hara and Joydip Das have joined the Krux leadership team.
Ad tech veteran Chris O'Hara joins as Krux's vice president, strategic accounts; and engineering and technology pioneer Joydip Das takes the helm as vice president, products. The two add to Krux's existing team of distinguished executives at the forefront of data technology.
Mr. O'Hara serves as a strategic advisor to Krux clients through tailored insights on leveraging data to increase revenue and customer engagement. Mr. Das leads the company's product teams through key solution initiatives that enable businesses to responsibly unify, analyze, and activate people data.

Prior to joining Krux, Mr. O'Hara co-founded and served as chief revenue officer at Bionic Advertising Systems, a programmatic direct software company that provides automation tools for cross-channel media planning and buying. He has held senior executive positions at Nielsen and Looksmart as well as successful startups including Mediabistro and Reviewed.com.
Mr. O'Hara has been an industry advocate for the adoption of standards and protocols that will enable transparent and efficient connections between media owners and marketers. He is one of the most prolific writers in the field, having published over 100 articles in 12 publications over the last four years, and continues to write a monthly column for AdExchanger, the leading programmatic journal in the digital ad space. He has also authored five feature length whitepapers for Econsultancy, including Best Practices in Data Management. Mr. O'Hara graduated from Connecticut College where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
Mr. Das previously served as vice president of product management, cloud technology and integration for SAP-owned Ariba, one of the world's largest business commerce platforms. In this role, he led product teams to deliver new mobile applications, big data analytics and data security solutions. Previously, he held various product development and engineering positions at SAP including helping to pioneer the first enterprise cloud solution. He has also held engineering positions at Hewlett Packard.
Mr. Das received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Systems from Monash University and his Master of Engineering in Information Technology from RMIT University, both located in Melbourne, Australia.
