NEW YORK, March 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Kristina S. Raevska, senior counsel, has been promoted to vice president of STV. In this role, she advises senior management and professional staff on complex legal issues.
Raevska's responsibilities include working closely with STV project staff to address legal issues and/or claims that arise, collaborating with defense counsel representing the company, serving as a liaison with STV's insurance carriers, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising the company on general corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
She joined the firm in 2013 and is based in STV's New York City office. Earlier in her career she worked for law firms in Massachusetts and New York City, where she focused on the defense of professional malpractice claims, primarily involving design professionals.

Raevska received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from Boston University and earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.
She is a member of the bar in New York State and Massachusetts.
