NORTHFIELD, Ill., May 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On February 27, 2013, Kraft Foods filed a lawsuit against Land O'Frost in the federal district court in Wisconsin for patent infringement of Kraft's U.S. Patent No. 7,172,779 which covered a pre-sliced cold cuts package sold in grocery stores.
