Kount Expands Intellectual Property with Issuance of New Patent

BOISE, Idaho, Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --  Kount Inc., a leading operational provider of fraud prevention technology, today announced it was awarded its third patent this year.  Expanding its portfolio of solutions and intellectual domain, Kount's new patent enables secure money transfers over the Internet via email.

U.S. patent number 8,024,266 "Method for Secure, Closed-Loop Money Transfer Via Electronic Mail" was issued to Kount on September 20,^, 2011.  This latest patent expands its portfolio of intellectual property by adding an additional eight claims to bolster several other patents in the security and fraud prevention space.
