Korn/Ferry International and IBB Management Join Forces

CASABLANCA, Morocco, May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry (NYSE: KFY), the premier provider of integrated talent management solutions, and IBB Management Executive Search headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, announced today that they have formed an alliance. For Korn/Ferry, the alliance offers an ideal opportunity to expand its reach into the Moroccan market while IBB Management gains access to Korn/Ferry's global executive search network.

At the core of the alliance is a mutual exclusive referral relationship for executive search assignments. On May 19, 2011, Abdelaziz Bennis, Managing Director of IBB Management, and Juerg-Herbert Baertschi, Vice President Operations Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) of Korn/Ferry, signed the alliance referral agreement in front of the Moroccan and international press in Casablanca. While Korn/Ferry will refer search assignments involving Morocco to IBB Management, IBB Management will refer its international business to Korn/Ferry. "We consider Northern Africa and the Middle East a strategic growth region, and are confident that IBB Management with its strong regional presence and high-level expertise will add to our network," said Bernard Zen-Ruffinen, president of Korn/Ferry EMEA.

In order to bring the alliance to fruition, Korn/Ferry and IBB Management will be working together closely over the next several months.
