STATESVILLE, N.C., March 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- In one of its biggest potential distribution relationships, Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of liquid relaxation products, has entered into a Letter-of-Intent (LOI) with a venture capital group located in Melbourne, Australia. The group will obtain the rights to brand management and distribution of the KOMA Unwind Liquid relaxation products in Australia and New Zealand.
