DENVER and BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis (KO) announced today that effective January 1, 2017, Kevin Gibson has been named Partner.

Mr. Gibson specializes in representing emerging growth companies, as well as leading angel and venture capital funds in their investments in public and private companies. Kevin's practice includes representing entrepreneurs as they form businesses, counseling young companies through rounds of equity and debt financing, executing M&A and other sale transactions and providing general corporate governance, executive compensation and securities law guidance. 

Prior to joining KO, Kevin practiced in the Silicon Valley office of Gunderson Dettmer, and before that was a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kevin graduated from the UCLA School of Law and received a BA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
