Canada's Leading Independent Photo Retailer Now Offers Instant Prints and Photo Creations with New KODAK Picture Kiosks
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) today announced the successful national deployment of KODAK Picture Kiosks with Henry's Camera, Canada's largest independent photographic and digital imaging product retailer. All 33 Henry's Camera locations, including Henry's professional arm, Headshots, have been outfitted with Kodak's best-in-class Picture Kiosks, which allow Henry's customers to create top-of-the-line instant prints.

The move to add in-store photo kiosks expands Henry's service offering to include high-quality 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 prints; as well as, KODAK Picture CDs and KODAK Picture Movie DVD's. Deploying KODAK Picture Kiosks will also enable Henry's to expand into premium products with increased profit potential, including photo books, collages, calendars and custom greeting cards.

The Kodak Picture Kiosks features Kodak's award-winning user interface, fast image loading and processing speeds that deliver stunning, high-quality print products in minutes. The new KODAK Picture Kiosks allow customers to simply stop into the store, plug in a media card, USB drive or other digital media and use the kiosk's software interface fast and simple-to-use tools to select and edit photos for printing, and then quickly obtain their prints. All Henry's locations also offer high speed picture scanning through KODAK Rapid Print Scanners, so customers can bring in their "orphaned" shoebox prints and easily convert them into high-resolution digital images.
