Knowledge Services Awarded Managed Service Provider Contract by State of Maine

INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- GuideSoft, Inc. dba Knowledge Services, a leading national provider of contingent workforce management solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a multi-year contract with the State of Maine to act as the State's Managed Service Provider (MSP).

The Knowledge Services MSP program, commissioned as MEMSP, will be used for all IT contingent workforce categories. Knowledge Services' MSP programs emphasize strong supplier partnerships to ensure resource quality and service continuity.

This solution will deliver improved oversight and decision support as well as an increase in opportunities for local businesses. Core components of this program include an on-site manager, consultation with Department staff, managing and mentoring of the supplier network, and a flexible candidate screening process.
