KLAS report ranks CipherHealth as the top-performing patient outreach vendor with score of 94.4

The report incorporates evaluations from 134 providers at hospitals and clinics. CipherHealth scored significantly above market average for key performance indicators in patient outreach, including Synchronization with EMR/PM, Analytics and Customization, and Efficiency in Communicating with Large Populations. Additionally, 100 percent of surveyed customers said CipherHealth keeps its promises regarding service and support. The company also stood out as the highest performing vendor in the Patient-Response Tracking area and was praised for its ability to meet providers' original goals and expectations.
