SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- KKR Financial Holdings LLC (NYSE: KFN) (the "Company") announced today that it plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 on Thursday, February 17, 2011 following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
