KKR Financial Holdings LLC Announces Call-in Information for its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

SAN FRANCISCO, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KKR Financial Holdings LLC (NYSE: KFN) (the "Company") announced today that its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for Thursday, April 29, 2010, at 11:00 AM PT, will be available via conference call (listen-only format) and may be accessed by dialing (888) 599-8685 (Domestic) or +1 (913) 981-4902 (International).  A pass code is not required for the conference call.  The replay will be available through Thursday, May 13, 2010 by dialing (888) 203-1112 (Domestic) and +1 (719) 457-0820 (International) / pass code 1693684.
