Entering its sixth year, the four-day festival celebrates the world's greatest chefs, culinary personalities, winemakers and spirits producers, together with the city's best food and drink.

The festival's Grand Tasting, which has been relocated this year to Pier 94 at 55th Street and West Side Highway, offers walk-around tastings from the area's top wineries, spirit distillers and restaurants. Open from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, the Grand Tasting will feature an extensive display of KitchenAid major and small appliances. In addition, fully-equipped KitchenAid kitchens will serve as center stage for a series of culinary demonstrations by such celebrity chefs as Rick Bayless, Scott Conant, Bobby Flay, Robert Irvine, Emeril Lagasse, Martha Stewart, Michael Symon and Trisha Yearwood.
The KitchenAid display kitchen will feature some of the of the brand's newest appliances, including a new French Door refrigerator, featuring a sophisticated, platinum interior backdrop as an alternative to the traditional stark white finish; a 5-speed diamond blender, built with patented stainless steel blades and diamond-shaped pitcher to create an exclusive diamond blending system; and the Pro Line® Series 16-cup food processor, featuring a hands-free, commercial-style dicing attachment.
