Kinetics acquisition positions Dynacast as a global MIM front-runner
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynacast is delighted to announce that on or about September 30, 2014, Kinetics Climax, Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynacast International Inc.
