Alan's background includes a two decade long career with B&W Quality Growers, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of branded and wholesale leafy greens with international distribution. As President & CEO of B&W Quality Growers, Alan led the company to significant increases in growth and profitability, and positioned the company for a successful sale in 2015. Previously, his career at B&W included the roles of Director of Packing Operations, VP of Sales, and Chief Operating Officer.

He is a graduate of United Fresh Produce Association's Leadership Program and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.
