Alan Temple joins firm, brings extensive produce and senior executive experience to engagements.

Alan's background includes a two decade long career with B&W Quality Growers, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of branded and wholesale leafy greens with international distribution. As President & CEO of B&W Quality Growers, Alan led the company to significant increases in growth and profitability, and positioned the company for a successful sale in 2015. Previously, his career at B&W included the roles of Director of Packing Operations, VP of Sales, and Chief Operating Officer.

He is the current Chair of the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, and has served on the Boards of the International Fresh-Cut Produce Association, United Fresh Produce Association, and the Indian River County Farm Bureau. He is a graduate of United Fresh Produce Association's Leadership Program and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.
