THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodforest National Bank recently announced the promotion of Kimberlee Peveto to Divisional Manager for the bank's Pennsylvania and New York branches. Peveto's responsibilities will encompass service experience, small business and community development, regulatory compliance, sales, and employee performance management of 56 Woodforest branches across the two states.
With 17 years of previous banking experience, Peveto joined Woodforest in 2005 as branch manager in the banks San Antonio, TX market. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2009, accepting the management responsibilities of the bank's branches in DeZavala and Hondo, TX. In 2015 Peveto and her family relocated to Pennsylvania when she was promoted to retail state lead for the bank's locations in Pennsylvania and New York.

While in Texas Peveto was actively involved in her community. She served on the board of Healing Survivors-Creating Thrivers, a program for education, awareness, and eradication of abuse and human trafficking. She was also an active member and advocate for Haven House working as an outreach volunteer coordinator for battered women and children while mentoring volunteers and helping create community awareness of domestic violence. Peveto continues her community outreach in Pennsylvania having served on the fundraising committee of LEAP (Lackawanna College Educational Achievement Program) in Murrysville, PA. She has volunteered for numerous domestic violence agencies and food banks in the Pittsburgh area and currently supports the Murrysville Business and Professional Association.
Peveto received her Bachelor of Science degree in communications with a minor in corporate and community relations from Wayne State College in 1997. She and her husband reside in Murrysville, PA with their two sons, and have a daughter attending college in San Antonio, TX. Peveto is an avid golfer, loves to bake, and spends her free time with her family.
