Kilpatrick Townsend's Raleigh Office Adds Attorney to Firm's High-Profile Litigation Department

RALEIGH, N.C., May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of attorney Amy Jo Phillips to the firm's Raleigh office. She will be working in Kilpatrick Townsend's high-profile Litigation Department as a member of the Labor & Employment Team. Ms. Phillips is joining as an associate.

Ms. Phillips, who was previously with Morrison & Foerster, LLP in New York, has an extensive background in commercial litigation focusing on all aspects of trial preparation and trial strategy.  

Ms. Phillips received her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2007, and her B.S. in accounting, with highest honors, from DePaul University. At Cornell, she was Vice Chancellor of Internals for Moot Court. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Phillips worked in the insurance industry, and was licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance. She is also a certified public accountant in Illinois.

The addition of Ms. Phillips to the Raleigh office comes after three attorneys joined the firm on April 30th in Denver, Seattle, and Silicon Valley. Click here.
