Kiehl's Launches New Vitamin C Eye Serum, Digital Consultations, and New Ambassadors for 2020
NEW YORK, March 24, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Kiehl's Since 1851, the original NYC-based apothecary-inspired skincare brand is pleased to announce the launch of two new additions to its powerful Dermatologist Solutions and Men's Grooming ranges:
Powerful-Strength Dark Circle Reducing Vitamin C Eye Serum ($50) is a potent blend of Hyaluronic Acid, Tri-Peptides, and 10% Vitamin C clinically proven to improve both blue and brown under eye circles by 16.6% in one week. It launches March 24th.
Launching April 15th is the newest addition to the iconic Kiehl's shaving collection, trusted by discerning men for decades, Ultimate Razor Burn and Bump Relief ($24). Kiehl's chemists have developed an effective, yet soothing treatment with Willowherb Extract, Aloe Vera, LHA, and Vitamin E to calm skin and prevent irritation after shaving.
As part of Kiehl's Made Better initiative focused on using more sustainably sourced and naturally-derived ingredients, as well as responsible packaging and manufacturing practices, the brand will shift to in-store digital consultations using its new Healthy Skin Hub. The digital one-on-one is performed by a Kiehl's skincare expert using an iPad to guide the consumer through a series of questions and physical measurements, including the Healthy Skin Assessment Tool. The tool measures the skin barrier's health and hydration levels and feeds it directly back to the Hub to recommend the best product routine for the customer's individual needs.
Healthy Skin Hub is designed to elevate the customer experience through:
- Complimentary, individualized skincare consultations
- Personalized Healthy Skin Checks
- Customized routine building
- Unique tips & tricks from skincare experts
- Tailored follow-ups via email and phone
