KHD Humboldt Wedag International Ltd. Announces Date of Year-End 2009 Earnings Release

NEW YORK, March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KHD Humboldt Wedag International Ltd. ("KHD") (NYSE: KHD) announced plans to release its year-end 2009 results before market on Friday, March 26, 2010.

That same day, at 10:00 AM ET (7:00 AM PT), a conference call will be held to review the fourth quarter and year-end 2009 results; this call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.khdhumboldt.com or www.earnings.com.

The company said that the intention of the conference call will be to discuss only the fourth quarter and year-end 2009 results.

Pending the results of the shareholder meeting on Monday, March 29, 2010, the separate companies will release information on an individual basis.
