Led by Division President Kevin Webb, a 55-lot infill project on six acres is slated to debut new homes in Fair Oaks, CA in Summer 2014 with up to 3 decorated models. Mr. Webb rejoins the Watt Communities team following his Senior Vice President, Regional Manager tenure from 2001 – 2006. His responsibilities and specialties included managing the challenging infill developments for the Southern California New Homes Division.
