Kevin Rogers Announced as Senior Managing Director of Encore Global

DALLAS, May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Kevin Rogers has been named Senior Managing Director of Encore Global Investment Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Encore Enterprises, Inc.  With 23 years of real estate development and financing experience, Mr. Rogers will manage the EB-5 program for Encore Enterprises.

Prior to joining Encore, Mr. Rogers was the Real Estate Director for Realty Appreciation, LTD., where he was responsible for overseeing the development of large-scale real estate projects.  At Encore Global, Mr. Rogers will manage the creation of multiple EB-5 Regional Centers throughout the U.S. as well as develop financial relationships with investors worldwide.

Mr. Rogers holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MBA from California State University, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Ventura College of Law.

Mr. Rogers is a Texas Real Estate Broker and a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Rogers is also a member of the North Texas Commission, the U.S. Green Building Council, the Urban Land Institute and the National and Texas Association of Realtors.
