KETTLER USA Launches New Customer Service Line
Manufacturer of quality fitness equipment and leisure furniture adds toll-free number for retailers and customers with product and sales related questions.
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Nov. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- KETTLER USA announced this week that it has launched a new customer service sales support line. The toll-free number was created to further assist retailers and customers who have specific questions about purchasing KETTLER products.
The new sales support and customer service line number is 888-253-8853. It operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
"One of the things that makes our company unique is our strong focus on customer service," said Stephen Mannix, vice president of KETTLER USA. "Although we have a wealth of information on our website and contacts for different departments, sometimes people want to talk to a person or have a question that is important to their interest in the product."
The Virginia Beach, Virginia based company manufactures and distributes quality treadmills, bicycles, deck furniture, toys and fitness equipment. As a result, customers may be looking for certain features or functions on products that are not available on every model.
The new customer service sales support line also offers callers the option to place orders via telephone, rather than online or by visiting a store that carries KETTLER products. Although most people have Internet access, some do not, or they prefer to complete transactions person-to-person.
