Kent Redfern Elected Chairman of the Illinois Bankers Association
SPRINGFIELD, Ill., June 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Illinois Bankers Association (IBA) has announced that Kent Redfern has been elected Chairman of the IBA for 2010-2011. Redfern was elected at IBA's 119th Annual Conference and Trade Show. Redfern is president and CEO of Bank & Trust Company in Litchfield. He also serves as Chairman/Director of Security National Bank in Witt and as president of LBT Bancshares, Inc.
Redfern received his B.S. and M.A. from the University of Illinois. He is on the board of the Economic Development Commission for the City of Litchfield and the Illinois Real Estate Title Center, serves on the finance committee of the Living Stones Church, and is an at-large member of the Tax Increment Financing Commission. Redfern also is on the Revolving Loan Fund Committee for the City of Litchfield and is a trustee for Elmwood Cemetery.
