Kensington Electronics Chooses DC Electronics To Lead Its Cable Manufacturing Business

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DC Electronics, a cable and harness assembly firm based in San Jose, CA, announced today the beginning of a new strategic relationship with Kensington Electronics, a world-class supplier of connectors and electrical components. With help from DC, Kensington will now offer custom cable assemblies to meet its manufacturing needs. 

Kensington's growing success has brought more demand from customers wanting finished assemblies. Rather than build a manufacturing business from scratch, Kensington turned to a long established wire and cable assembly manufacturer.  Kensington VP of Sales and Operations, Casey Donovan, puts it this way, "Our customers are in need of a supplier who can turn low to mid-volume quantities quickly, efficiently, and accurately.  We thought the best solution was to partner with an experienced cable assembly house with a proven track record of excellence in manufacturing specialized cables."
