Digital marketing executive joins Kenshoo to centralize operations in the Asia Pacific region

In his role as managing director of Kenshoo APAC, Chiu will oversee Kenshoo sales and account management Asia Pacific region, with a focus on key markets in Japan, Australia, China, and Korea. Chiu's team is responsible for helping agencies and brands achieve their marketing and business objectives with Kenshoo's robust platform to deliver scalable results and operational efficiencies. Major accountabilities for Chiu include recruiting top talent, unifying customer service procedures, sharing best practices and embedding customer feedback into the product roadmap.
