Kenneth Krasnow Joins Colliers International as Executive Managing Director | SOUTH FLORIDA
Former CBRE Managing Director will lead Colliers' South Florida business, focusing on strategic growth in the region
SEATTLE, Aug. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CIGI, TSX: CIG) today announced that Kenneth Krasnow has joined the firm as Executive Managing Director | South Florida, effective immediately. Krasnow, who most recently served as Managing Director at CBRE, will focus on Colliers' continued strategic expansion of dedicated resources and services in South Florida.

Prior to joining Colliers, Krasnow oversaw operations in CBRE's South Florida offices, providing strategic support on business development and other ventures to grow the firm's operations and market share in the region. He was responsible for more than 460 employees, including 80 brokerage/capital markets professionals. During his tenure, he recruited more than 39 sales professionals in South Florida and in 2014, his region executed more than 975 lease and sales transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $2.9 billion.
Krasnow's industry honors include being named to "Top 50 Leaders in Commercial Real Estate" by Real Estate Weekly, "Top 40 Under 40" by Real Estate New York and "Next Great Leaders" by Real Estate Forum, among others.
