(NYSE: KMT) announced today that Vice President of Product Engineering Fred Patterson, representing a team of product and software engineers, will be honored with a 2014 Carnegie Science Award in the Advanced Manufacturing category at a ceremony on May 9. This marks the tenth time that Kennametal has been honored with a Carnegie Science Award for the company's forward motion and technological advancements.
