Kendle Again Named to 'Training Top 125'
Recognition highlights Company's ongoing focus on developing and sustaining a best-in-class workforce to drive efficiency and quality in the clinical development process
CINCINNATI, Feb. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Kendle (Nasdaq: KNDL), a leading, global full-service clinical research organization, today announced the Company has again been named to Training magazine's "Training Top 125," an annual list of the 125 companies that are "unsurpassed in harnessing human capital." We recognize the value of investing in a comprehensive training program to help them reach their full potential so they in turn can deliver innovative and creative clinical development solutions to our customers."
The Training Top 125 rankings are based on a wide array of benchmarking statistics, including total training budget; percentage of payroll; number of training hours per employee program; goals, evaluation, measurement and workplace surveys; hours of training per employee annually; and more. Training magazine also uses a range of qualitative and quantitative factors to produce the rankings, including financial investment in employee development, scope of development programs and how closely these programs support business goals.
