Ken Ward Named Chief Financial Officer of Hasa

SAUGUS, Calif., Oct. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hasa, Inc. ("Hasa" or the "Company"), a leading producer and distributor of high quality water treatment products used to sanitize and maintain water systems, today announced that Ken Ward has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.  Mr. Ward will report directly to Rory Manley, Chief Executive Officer of Hasa.

Mr. Ward has extensive experience across the areas of strategic management, manufacturing and distribution.  Prior to joining Hasa, Mr. Ward served as Chief Financial Officer and Group Controller at two subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway's Precision Castparts Corp.: Aerospace Dynamics International, Inc., a supplier of large machined parts for aerospace applications, and Klune Industries, Inc., which manufactures sheet metal-formed and machined parts, kits and assemblies for the commercial aerospace and defense industries. Before joining Klune, Mr. Ward spent ten years at Technicolor in a variety of finance and operations roles. He began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
