Williams has joined Kelley Drye & Warren LLP as a Senior Advisor in the Government Contracts and Government Relations and Public Policy practice groups, where he will advise on defense, appropriations, resources transportation, homeland security, financial services and firearms issues.

Most recently, Mr. Williams served as a senior public policy advisor in Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Government Affairs and Defense & Homeland Security departments. Previously, he was a senior director at Greenberg Traurig LLP. With 25 years of experience on Capitol Hill, Mr. Williams taps a vast bipartisan network of contacts within the federal government. He works with Congressional members, Congressional staff, the Administration and governmental agencies to achieve clients' lobbying goals, with a particular focus on creating integrated strategies to assist clients in achieving positive legislative and regulatory outcomes. His experience includes creating plans that involve comprehensive legislative, regulatory, grasstops, grass roots and public relations efforts.
