Kelley Drye Extends Global Reach with Expansion of Brussels Office
BRUSSELS, April 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP announced today that it has expanded its Brussels office with the addition of corporate and public international law partner, Bert Theeuwes.
Mr. Theeuwes has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience in managing large and complex transactions for multinationals. His corporate law practice focuses on employment law, reorganizations, international mobility and compensation and benefits. He has extensive experience in international transactions including mergers and acquisitions and transnational matters such as EU social security law, expatriation and business migration.
Mr. Theeuwes also maintains a robust public international and diplomatic law practice, where he represents and advises international organizations, sovereign states, embassies, missions, heads of state, diplomats and civil servants on all issues of international law.
