Kelley Drye Continues Expansion of Government Contracts Practice
WASHINGTON, Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Partners Dorn "Bo" McGrath and William Jack and associate Amba Datta have joined Kelley Drye & Warren LLP's Government Contracts practice group, where they will advise on public procurement issues including bid protests, claims, cost accounting, compliance, suspension, debarment, and other areas of federal contracting. They will be joining partners Holly Roth and David Hickey, senior public policy advisors Joe Corrigan and Mike Williams and associate Elizabeth Johnson in Kelley Drye's growing government contracts practice.
Bo McGrath brings over 30 years of experience representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, and engineering firms involved in projects throughout the United States, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. He focuses his practice on federal, state, and local government contracts and construction contracts, including bid protests, claims, litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. He joins Kelley Drye from Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where he was a partner in the Corporate Department.
William Jack also joins Kelley Drye from Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where he was a partner in the Corporate Department. He represents contractors at the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and Boards of Contract Appeals in connection with bid protests and contract disputes. He also advises contractors in a number of industries, including manufacturing, information technology, aerospace, defense, health care, energy, architectural and engineering, construction and real estate; on wide range of government contract matters, including internal investigations, compliance, small business contracting, subcontracting, teaming agreement; aspects of mergers and acquisitions; and export controls.
Amba Datta works on a range of government contract-related matters, including contract disputes and bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Government Accountability Office. Ms. Datta was a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams, U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
