Law Firm Elects Three New Partners, Promotes Eight to Special Counsel
NEW YORK, July 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has elected three new partners and promoted eight to special counsel, effective July 1, 2016.

The new partners, and their practice groups, are:
- James F. Jacobus, Real Estate
Mr. Jacobus focuses on real estate finance and the capital markets. He has represented U.S. and European investment banks, commercial banks and other institutional lenders in a wide variety of real estate finance transactions. Mr. Jacobus has extensive experience in the origination, securitization and syndication of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and construction loans and loan participations, syndications and other co-lender arrangements. Mr. Jacobus' experience includes the origination of mortgage loans secured by various classes of property including office, light industrial/warehouse, retail, hotel, casino, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, large pools of leased single family residential properties and multifamily. He also represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with workouts and restructurings of commercial real estate loans. Mr. Jacobus is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
- Andrew H. Lee, Tax
Mr. Lee focuses on tax issues and has experience with a wide range of federal, state and local tax matters, including matters arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, matters involving affiliated groups of corporations, cross-border transactions and transfer pricing. Mr. Lee regularly provides advice to telecommunications service providers, including in connection with the purchase and sale of such service providers. Mr. Lee also frequently represents telecommunications service providers before state and local taxing authorities in connection with tax audits and appeals. He is a member of the New York and Massachusetts State Bars.
- Kristi L. Wolff, Advertising and Marketing
Ms. Wolff focuses on food, drugs, dietary supplements, medical devices, personal care and consumer health products, as well as wearable technology and privacy issues. She has extensive experience advising clients whose products are within the overlapping jurisdictions of the Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission. Ms. Wolff handles matters across the full product lifecycle, including concept analysis, claim substantiation, label review, quality and recall scenarios, and contested matters involving the FTC, FDA, National Advertising Division, state attorneys general, and class action litigation. Having served as in-house counsel in the healthcare and food products industries, Ms. Wolff is particularly attuned to balancing business objectives with legal considerations. In 2015, she was selected as one of Washington D.C.'s Super Lawyers – Rising Stars. Ms. Wolff is a member of the District of Columbia, Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, and Wisconsin State Bars.
Victoria E. Anderson, Jennifer A. Bedoya, Sarah L. Cronin, Jeffrey J. Hunter, Grace W. Kim, Christopher M. Loeffler, Marisa A. Lorenzo and Christine E. Quier-Sheth were promoted to special counsel.
