Keith Perske Joins Colliers International as Executive Managing Director of Workplace Innovation

SEATTLE, Feb. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Colliers International today announced that Keith Perske has joined the firm as Executive Managing Director of Workplace Innovation, Corporate Solutions | Americas. Perske will lead Colliers' expertise in this rapidly evolving field, helping its clients use the workplace as a competitive advantage and actively engaging with clients to advance their business objectives through innovative and insightful workplace solutions.

Perske brings more than 30 years of experience to Colliers International, including his previous role as Senior Director, Global Workplace Innovation at Johnson & Johnson. There he was responsible for program design and deployment of a set of new workplace principles for J&J's global office portfolio of 60 million sq ft and more than 900 locations.
An eight-time top-rated faculty member at CoreNet Global MCR/SLCR Learning Program, and a leader in helping create a workplace designation for real estate professionals, Perske is also co-founder of OSCRE International, the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate. He won the top innovation award at Sun Microsystems for his "People Data Project"; he has been a featured speaker on the evolving workplace at TEDx, SXSW, CoreNet, IFMA and Harvard University; and he is founding president of the alumni association of California State Polytechnic University's school of Urban Planning, from which he earned his bachelor's degree in urban and regional planning.
Perske's appointment follows a spate of Colliers International leadership appointments including Cynthia Foster, President, Office Services | USA; Andrew J.
