ATLANTA, Dec. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Atlanta office of Protiviti Inc., a global consulting firm, is pleased to welcome Keith Keller as a managing director in the Internal Audit and Financial Controls solution and Earl Rousseau as a managing director in the Health Care and Life Sciences Industry practice.

Keith Keller, who has more than 30 years of professional and financial services industry experience, will lead Protiviti's Internal Audit and Financial Controls solution in the Atlanta market. Keller, with more than 15 years of experience in the Atlanta marketplace, brings expertise in financial services, internal audit, enterprise risk management and Sarbanes-Oxley to the role.
Prior to joining Protiviti, Keller was a managing director serving as the national leader for risk management practices and investment operations evaluation at Duff & Phelps. Before that role, he was a managing director and national leader for corporate governance advisory services and group leader for financial services at Huron Consulting Group. Keller also has previously held leadership positions at Wachovia, Arthur Andersen and a Big Four firm. He received a master's degree in finance from the University of Chicago and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a certified financial services auditor (CFSA), certified bank auditor (CBA) and a CPA, as well as a past member of the Board of Governors for The Institute of Internal Auditors. A resident of Atlanta, Keller is also a trustee of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Georgia.
Also based in Atlanta, Earl Rousseau has joined Protiviti to enhance the firm's leadership in its Health Care and Life Sciences Industry group, where he will serve as the managing director lead for the Payer practice. Rousseau has more than 27 years of experience working as a business manager in the health care, managed care, technology and consulting industries. His areas of expertise include business strategy and operations; IT strategy, development and informatics; business turnarounds; program and project management; consumer healthcare initiatives; chronic condition management; and wellness.
Before joining Protiviti, Rousseau worked as an independent health care industry consultant. Prior to that role, he served as president of Matria Healthcare's Health Enhancement Division delivering chronic condition management and wellness services and held various senior partner leadership positions during his 20 years with Accenture, where he focused on industry strategy, strategic alliances, solution offerings and client service. Rousseau received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Louisiana State University.
