Celebrates by Bringing Recess Back; Recess at Work is Serious Business

In 2008, a bi-partisan Congressional resolution created National Workplace Wellness Week to draw attention to the need for developing healthy workplaces. In observance of the Week, businesses and cities across the country sponsor events aimed at helping employers create workplace wellness programs and employees to share their worksite wellness experiences with colleagues.
