Kathy Ehrmann Joins Colliers International as Head of Account Management, Corporate Solutions | Americas

SEATTLE, Oct. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Colliers International today announced that Kathy Ehrmann has joined the Corporate Solutions service line in an executive leadership position as Head of Account Management, Corporate Solutions | Americas. Ehrmann will take direct leadership over Colliers' Corporate Solutions client engagements managed from the Americas region, and consistent with the recently announced Occupier Services structure, the deployment of strategy and resources that support all Colliers professionals managing multi-market and multi-service line occupier clients.  Ehrmann will be accountable for overall client service commitments, and continued development of the firm's account management infrastructure and tools, including the delivery of governance, best practices, and innovation programs.

Ehrmann comes to Colliers International with more than 10 years of leadership in account management at a commercial real estate services firm, where she distinguished herself in championing change and innovation for high-profile clients in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and EMEA.  Most recently, she managed the Microsoft account for the Americas region, the second largest global client for her previous company. In that role, she was responsible for integrated delivery of strategy, transaction management, project management and facilities management. Other major clients of Ehrmann's have recently included BP North America and Bank of America and, earlier in her career, CIBC Canada, Medtronic and Target.

Erhrmann will be based in Colliers International's Minneapolis office.
