Katherine Dietze Joins Liberty Property Trust's Board of Trustees
MALVERN, Pa., Jan. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) today announced that Katherine E. (Wendy) Dietze has joined Liberty's board of trustees.
Ms. Dietze was global chief operating officer, Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston, a financial services company, until her retirement in 2005. She had also held the position of managing director, Investment Banking. Prior to joining Credit Suisse First Boston, Ms. Dietze was a managing director for Salomon Brothers Inc, a financial services company.
Ms. Dietze serves on two other public company boards: LaBranche LLC, for which she heads the audit committee; and Matthews International, for which she serves as head of the compensation committee and chairperson of the company's pension board.
